Established in 2012, the Spanish Moss Trail spans ten miles in northern Beaufort County, South Carolina. This trail was once the historic Magnolia Line Railroad, which operated from 1870 to 2003. Park at the Spanish Moss Trail Train Depot in Beaufort or in Port Royal on Westvine Drive.
