Before I show a Fripp home, I like to see the day start around it — walk the beach access for real and time it, stand on the sand at sunrise, notice how the street wakes up, how the light hits the porch, what the tide is doing.
None of that is in the listing photos. All of it is how you`ll actually live there.
That`s a small thing, but it`s the job as I see it: know the island at 7 AM, not just at showing time, so buyers aren`t guessing and sellers are priced and presented for the life the place really offers.
